Refund & Return Policy for Northern Crafting UK

We want you to love your handmade item! If something isn’t quite right, please review our return and refund policy below.

💬 Contact Us First

If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us at dteale32@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo if applicable—we’re happy to help resolve any problems.

✅ Eligible Returns

We accept returns or exchanges on the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Buyer IS responsible for return shipping costs.

  • A refund will be issued once the item is received and inspected.

 

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Because of the handmade and/or personalized nature of some items, we do not accept returns or refunds on:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Digital downloads

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Used or damaged items (unless damaged in shipping)

 

📦 Damaged or Lost Items

If your item arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery).

  • Send photos of the packaging and damaged item.

  • We’ll work with you to offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

 

💸 Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.

 

📬 Exchanges

Want to swap for a different color or item? Contact us to arrange an exchange. Buyer is responsible for shipping both ways unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

 

👩‍🎨 Handmade = Unique

Please keep in mind: slight variations in color, texture, or size are part of the charm of handmade items. We do our best to represent each product accurately in photos and descriptions.
